Maxon
Maxon commissioned Imminent Studio to produce a series of 3D rendered images showcasing the capabilities of their upcoming software for architectural visualization.
The objective was to deliver visually compelling assets that met brand expectations while working exclusively within Maxon’s ecosystem, using tools that were still being actively developed.

As Creative Project Lead, I served as the main coordination point between all stakeholders, ensuring clarity, quality, and timely delivery.
Led client communication, timelines, and delivery planning
Translated feedback into actionable tasks for the production team
Coordinated workflows under changing technical constraints
Oversaw aesthetic coherence across all visuals (materials, lighting, composition)
Facilitated alignment when design decisions risked impacting overall quality
Supported contract follow-up related to scope, billing, and delivery milestones

The project followed an iterative and collaborative workflow including:
Early testing and visual drafts to validate design decisions
Ongoing alignment with the client to anticipate risks before final production
Continuous feedback loops between design, production, and software teams
Proactive communication when decisions affected quality, timeline, or scope
This approach allowed us to adjust decisions early and avoid last-minute surprises.
